ARIA Endurance

The videos below focus on what we like to call the CORE 4.  Lower back, Abdomen, Glutes, and Hips.  They are done as a partnership with Innovative Physical Therapy of Long Island, PC.  Chris Breen is demonstrating the exercises and Yaniv Raich is narrating.  Together they have over 30 years of experience working in orthopaedics, sports medicine and physical therapy.  Chris as a physician assistant and exercise physiologist and Yaniv as a doctor of physical therapy.
