Meet The Coach
Christopher Breen,
PA-C, ACSM EP-C
Hello and welcome to my site. My name is Christopher Breen and I am a Certified Physician Assistant. I have spent my entire career working in the fields of sports medicine and orthopaedics at NYU Long Island Orthopaedic Associates. In addition to my PA career I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist by The American College of Sports Medicine, a USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach, and the founder of Aria Endurance Coaching, LLC. I have an obsession for endurance sports and an education in the physiology and science behind it. Throughout college I played lacrosse and was fortunate enough to play in 4 consecutive NCAA Division II National Championships. When my post-collegiate lacrosse career ended I turned to triathlon. I always knew I would one day compete in triathlons as my exercise physiology mentor and professor was a triathlete and coach himself. For almost two decades now I have been competing in all distances from sprint to Ironman, and I have qualified for the USAT Age Group National Championship on numerous occasions and have also qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship. I reside in Long Island, NY, and find the utmost joy in finding adventure through multisport.
